Privacy Policy

This policy covers zuigo.ai. It describes exactly what this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. It does not cover data processed inside client projects — that is governed by the agreement for that engagement.
Who is responsible
ZuiGO Private Limited, Pune, Maharashtra, India, is the controller for the data described here. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, email hello@zuigo.ai.
What we collect, and only when you give it to us
There is no tracking on this site. We collect data in exactly two places.
The contact form. Your name, email address, and message, which are required; and your company, the service you are interested in, and a budget range, which are optional. We use them to answer you and to route your enquiry to the right person.
The newsletter form. Your email address, used to send you the newsletter and nothing else. Where our newsletter provider is configured, your address is passed to them for that purpose; otherwise it is stored by us until we send the first issue.
We never buy contact data, and we do not use what you send us to build a profile, enrich it from other sources, or sell it to anyone.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and runs no analytics or session-recording script. Its content-security policy does not permit a third-party script to load at all.
Two functional cookies exist. zuigo_csrf is set when you load the contact page and exists to prove the form was submitted from this site rather than forged elsewhere. zuigo_session is set only when a ZuiGO administrator signs in to the admin area, and expires after eight hours. Neither is used to track you, and neither leaves this domain.
Your browser also stores your light or dark theme preference locally. That never reaches our servers.
Who else sees it
Contact messages are delivered to our own inbox through our email provider and stored on our hosting provider’s infrastructure. Newsletter addresses are held by our newsletter provider. Those three suppliers process the data on our instructions and for no other purpose.
We do not share your data with anyone else, other than where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for 24 months from the date you send them, so we can pick up a conversation you started earlier. After that they are deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the footer of any issue.
Ask us to delete something sooner and we will, without needing a reason.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to object to processing, to ask us to restrict it, and to complain to your data protection authority.
Email hello@zuigo.ai and we will respond within 30 days. We will not ask you to justify the request.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The admin area is password-protected, its sessions expire after eight hours and can be revoked, and form submissions are rate-limited and CSRF-protected. No system is perfect; if you believe you have found a vulnerability, email hello@zuigo.ai and we will take it seriously.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies. See also our terms of use.
