Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms cover your use of zuigo.ai. They are short on purpose: this is an informational website, and the things that actually matter between us are in a signed engagement agreement, not here.
What this site is
zuigo.ai describes what ZuiGO Private Limited does. The service descriptions, process phases, and deliverables on it are illustrative of how we work. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to any scope, timeline, or price.
Nothing here creates a contract. An engagement between us begins when we both sign one, and that agreement governs the work — including confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, and payment. Where it and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and correct, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Technical descriptions and capability statements reflect how we work in general, not a guarantee of outcome on any particular project.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice. Healthcare and fintech pages describe engineering practice; they are not a statement that any system we build is certified under any particular regime.
Using the site
You may read, link to, quote, and share anything published here.
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the admin area or any non-public endpoint, submit the contact or newsletter forms automatically or in bulk, or use the site in a way that degrades it for other people. Our forms are rate-limited, and we may block traffic that abuses them.
Automated agents are welcome. This site publishes machine-readable descriptions of itself at /llms.txt and under /.well-known/, and we would rather you use those than scrape pages.
Content and trade marks
The text, design, and code of this site belong to ZuiGO Private Limited. The ZuiGO name and logo are ours. Third-party names and marks on the site — cloud platforms, startup programmes, and the tools listed on service pages — belong to their respective owners and appear to describe what we build with, not to imply their endorsement.
Links away from here
Some links leave this site: our booking page, our social profiles, and our product Novabot, which runs on its own domain. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information published on this site. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, and it does not affect anything agreed in a signed engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
